The saleswoman was wonderful. The install was horrible! They moved furniture and damaged my tile when they moved the furniture. When I called to report it, they took the initial call and now will not return a call despite voicemails and text messages. They damaged the tile, admitted they damaged the tile--and no remedy to fix it. DON'T DON'T DON'T use this company!!

My wife and I got a couple estimates to do some flooring in our house. We wanted to do a laminate in the Kitchen and Family Room and Carpet in our Master bedroom. We ended up hiring Carpets of Arizona even though they were about $600 higher then our other bid, and I?m glad we did. Michael showed us a waterproof flooring that looks just like wood but holds up much better then Laminate. I couldn?t believe it. Even our friends think it?s real wood. I like the carpet my wife chose for the bedroom too. The thing that made them different is Shane, the owner, came out before the install and after the work was complete. It?s funny, one of the things I like about these guys is they are a small family owned business , No One Over 5?6? We like to support local family companies so it was great to go with Carpets of Arizona.

Carpets of Arizona gave me an estimate on pet resistant carpet. The customer service experience was excellent. They were friendly on the phone, showed up promptly at the schedule time, and their estimate was competitive. I'll definitely use them. I know they had an ownership change and the new owners have really got it together.

We recently sold our house and Carpets of Arizona has this thing where we were able to put down new carpet and not pay for it. They got paid when the house sold. It really helped us sell the house faster. I was glad because I didn?t have to use any of our down payment money on our new house to get the new carpet. These guys are really on top of things to. The owner Shawn scheduled the installation and came out. We had a little confusion but it was nice because Shawn answered our calls immediately and communicated really well with us. There installers were really friendly too. When we can afford it we are going to have them put new flooring down in our new house.

I wanted Laminate Flooring and the sales guy Michael showed me something that?s supposed to be better called Karndean. Well he made a believer out of us. The floor looks just like real wood but it?s not. We can also clean it with a wet mop which is cool. We don?t have to worry about the kitchen floor getting wet and ruining it because this floor holds up great to water. The best thing was the owner Shane came out to deliver the flooring and he was there for the beginning of the install, which was good because they were missing some trim. Shane went and got it so the installers could keep working. It did take them 3 days to finish. We were hoping to get it done in 2 days but that?s ok cause the installer Louis did an incredible job. We would definitely recommend them

We went to the store to look at flooring , set up a measure apointment . Everything was good upto that point . But never received an estimate back . I called the rep and she gave me some numbers on phone . I asked her to email but she has not got back yet . Its been more than a week since measure.

I would not recommend them to anybody. The damaged the flooring. They promised new flooring. The day they were supposed to bring the new flooring, the cancelled the job on us. We contacted the registered contractor and we took them to court and he totally lied on the stand. He found out that he was using a unlicensed contractor for the laid floor.

We hired this company following a poor experience with another local dealer. We needed three rooms and an upstairs hallway carpeted. This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The cost was very competitive and true to estimate. The work crew came ON time and completed the work within 4.5 hours - also true to estimate. The work crew was very courteous and took time to go over the area that had been re-carpeted after completing the job. Would use this company again in a minute.

Everything went smooth it was done on two days; one day for the tile, and one day for the carpet, had a small glitch on appt time but Jeff went over and above to get a team out to do the carpet on my day off thank you again

They have a really nice showroom with a lot of products. I found a piece of carpet that was on sale and made arrangements prior to going to the store to have someone install the carpet. I have decided to postpone the project, but intend to contact The Carpet Broker Design Center when I'm ready. I spoke with David and he was very helpful and professional.

The Carpet Broker ( and Karl Kramer) are the best! This is the third time I have used The Carpet Broker for our flooring needs. I shopped around *extensively* the first time and can say without hesitation that this is the best value in town. Karl carries excellent product lines, really knows his stuff, has extremely competive pricing and most importantly, provides an amazing customer service experience. Feel free to shop around for comparison but I doubt you'll find anyone that can match The Carpet Broker. I know I haven't.
