Description of Work: They installed a 9' X 22' pool for us and a small amount of landscaping. They are very organized especially when it comes to payment. They send someone to the home to collect an installment when due. I was most frustrated waiting for inspections so the work could proceed but I don't think that was the fault of California Pools. All of the workers were very good.

Description of Work: Built a new in ground pool. It went great! They finished before the deadline. No problems. They did exactly what they said they would. All the employees and workers were very professional. They took great care of the surrounding. The pool came out just as it was designed.

We also used their landscaping company for the rest of the yard - terrific job! |I would recommend them to anyone - especially Tim, the salesman and designer - a very patient man!, and Fred, the construction supervisor! Thanks for a beautiful setting - we feel like we are at a resort & it's in our own backyard!

Description of Work: Robbie, the salesman/architect did a superb job of laying out a pool that working in a relatively small backyard and still met all our wants. He did, however oversell completion timing and while indicating that he could not give a completion date, it took considerably longer that he projected as "normal" timing. There was also an error in which a feature shown in the rendering was not included in the package or price. California pools stepped up to the mistake and included the feature at no additional cost. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Description of Work: They pit in a pool and deck and landscape |All went well. It went really fast. I should have been contacting them reach time something was done to see when the next was scheduled..might have gotten done a week faster. |I do far don't reccomend getting the landscape part. They were booked 2 months out and I don't think half the plants will make it. That part got done 3 weeks after pool finished...so dont assume they mean it will all be done by x date..just the pool part. |I feel I got a good deal on the pool and it looks great. Im not convinced their 'wave' self cleaning technology works very well

Ā + -1 morethey drew the plans and gave me a price that was exactly the price except the hard dig. supervisor was on the job daily to inspect. they have followed up several times to be sure I am happy.
Description of Work: Did a complete pool with waterfall and had all the most current tech to make the upkeep easy . they did a great job. start to finish no problems they did not address to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Ā + -1 moreThis company is very easy to work with, and their estimate was $2K below other companies. They always called to let me know what the schedule was. Workers were on time. One issue came up about how a row of tiles should be aligned, and a supervisor was on site quickly and helped resolve the issue. This company has been around so I know if I need repairs they will stand behind them. Overall great work!
Description of Work: Drained spa, removed old PebbleTec, re-plastered, replaced light, tiled, and resprayed Pebble Sheen.
