It was installed in about an hour with minimal damage to the ceiling and they vacuumed the area afterwards.

It went real good. It was 47 something for a dimmer switch. It took them maybe 45 minutes.

Well. We didn't think to try garage outlets.

It went extremely well. Daniel is very friendly, professional and polite. He is knowledgeable answering my questions. In the end, since he doesn't have one available for the 2-Gang Weatherproof Cover for my outdoor outlets, he went, got one and installed it for me. Did I mention I live in a Historical District house. Trust me, switching things when needed isn't as easy as I would like.

They did a neat and well thought to locate the outlets where they would be most useful.

Outlets were fixed, no attention was paid to the ghost outlets; was told it is what it is and he could remove it if I wanted. Didn't even try to find where it led. Only recommendation made was to do an overhaul of my box at $700++.

I purchased supposedly $200 in services for $99 and the electrician was a very nice young man but when I asked him "do I get 2 hours of work or how long do I get? He said they charge by the function they do.eg I wanted (3) light switches installed and he said the do not charge by the hour they charge $88 per light switch whether a dimmer switch or timer switch or motion detector switch but the first dimmer switch took him 10 minutes to complete so that's over $500 per hour. He installed all 3 switches in 45 min and I had to pay him an extra $64. He said I was getting a $100 discount but they charge too much. I still paid $163 for less than an hours work. So it didn't feel like I got a discount.

Job was completed very well, in good time ane everything was explained to my understanding.

This was a big deal purchase. It was much more expensive than I had wanted. I felt that I was asked to purchase something that I probably didn't need.

There was an additional cost of $68.

At first I thought the pricing was too high, but it took the guys a lot longer to figure out the wiring and do the work so they were here longer than I expected, but they were polite, smiling men and got the work done.

Charged me extra money to reset a tripped breaker i didn't know about.

They diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem in 1/2 hour. It required one new receptacle which was installed quickly.

It was easy to contact them. They showed up on time, was very professional and did the work. The only huge negative was that they seem to be VERY EXPENSIVE. For $200 they diagnosed the problem to be a defective tandem breaker and a tripped GFIC. Their labor costs seem to be extremely high. They quoted about $150 to replace a tandem breaker (a part that costs about $ 20 and takes about 10 - 15 minutes max to replace). To replace a GFIC (a part that costs about $ 15) they quoted about $130. For $200 they did about 35 minutes of work including replacing a tandem breaker.

They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an explanation. Will return to install a new fixture.

It was wonderful. They were on time. They did the work well. It was what I wanted.

The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manor. No complains. Easy to communicate with. Very professional. Great service.
