Matt arrived when expected and was professional, friendly and thoroughly explained all options as to work needed and price, which was very reasonable. Had a wall fan installed by William. He came to give us an estimate and was able to install it the same day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job and if we ever need electrical work we will call Bolt.

Will showed up early actually, office called ahead to ask if they could move the appointment up!!!! He is very personable and got a tour and litany of my problems! He then got to work figuring out why several of my systems were not working! Took no time at all before he was finished and all was working again!!! Very pleasant experience and took considerably less time than I had anticipated considering what I felt was going to be a protracted process!!! He knows his stuff!!!!! Put Bolt and Will on my list of go-to businesses!!!!!
