Knowledgeable employees. But I had to call them back. Something was not working quite right. After following their recommendation to replace my OE switch with one of there’s. The problem spreed to my other good switch. That was working as designed. The man said “if the fix I just made does not work than you have to replace it with one of mine.” Well the fix did not work. So I am calling them back today. To buy one of their switches. If all they say is true. Than I will have working switches. And I would not mind paying.

I had an overhead fan/light installed. Instead of hooking it up so I could turn the fan on with the 2nd switch, he fixed it so I have to reach up and pull the fan on or off. Being short, it's quite frustrating.
