Pretty well but think the job was more expensive than it should have been. Had two other lower bods but decided to go with BV because they had done many jobs at our development. In retrospect wish I had gone with one of other contractors. Also, plants were much smaller than I expected.

A's across the board. They are great!

Poor. Design and drip system and even the grass with cement lining were done well, but tree installation, staking, and their ignorance of trees, was so poor that 2 of 3 trees broke in half. The company writes their irresponsible work off as an act of God. They also write enough fine print to avoid ever honoring their fake warranty. I had to haggle with them on the telephone for 20 minutes to get them to replace a $5 scrub. The only service you get after you pay them, is lip service.

They installed pavers in my courtyard and stuff like that. I thought that they were very great to work with; they were prompt and listened to what I wanted. When they brought my proposal in, they had addressed everything I had said.

I consider them awful. They would not return my calls, I would have to track them down when anything was wrong and it seemed like they had no control of their business. They are a big contractor but we never got our services on time. I wish I would have done everything myself, even if I had to spend more money.

The designer was great and very helpful and very responsive to any on going issues during installation. Some confusion during installation on location of items, but issues resolved timely.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WORK THAT WAS TO BE PERFORMED. A LOT OF MISTAKES WERE MADE WHILE BUILDING THE BARBECUE THAT WE HAD TO BRING TO THEIR ATTENTION. THERE WERE MANY MISCOMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEES WHICH CAUSED UNNECESSARY EXTRA WORK AND DELAYS.
