+ -1 moreHe always comes out whenever he says he's going to. He's usually very prompt about coming out. He does a very good job. He is probably just as cheap as anybody.
Description of Work: I used Bird Plumbing for plumbing services. The pipes and sewer drains were stop tapped. It was a drain cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe are remodeling, so I called Jay to come and remove a toilet so I could put new flooring down. He completed the other repairs that day also. I asked him to return the next day to install the new toilet once I had a chance to paint and install the new floor. Jay came right out and made the repairs and removed the toilet. He asked me to call him when I was ready for him to return to install the new toilet. He called to check on my progress the next day and I told him I would need an additional day to complete my work. When I finished, I called him to return to install the new toilet and he came right out. I have been calling on Jay for plumbing help for about 15 years now. He was my grandmother's favorite plumber as well. He is honest and hardworking and I would never hesitate to call him. He is a jewel, for sure. He has given me "secrets" to keep my plumbing working and help me avoid costly repairs and he can give feedback about how the toilets/faucets/etc., you buy will work.
Description of Work: Hook up plumbing to 2 new sinks installed in bathrooms, fix leaking outdoor spigot, replace water valves behind washing machine, check bathroom valves for wear/rust, remove old toilet and install new toilet.

Description of Work: He reseated our toilet, replaced the float and valves inside both toilets, inspected home for pad leaks, and inspected water heater for ongoing problems.
