carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaning
+ 0 moreThe man showed up on time, hooked up his vacuum truck and cleaned the carpets and furniture. We had to ask him to clean under the furniture twice and then he forgot and after some sighing, he did clean under the sofa. While the carpets and furniture are much cleaner than they were, they aren't as clean as I expected them to be. It looks like the dirt was just diluted and redistributed. One spot in particular I thought would be completely removed is still there. It was Tide. How hard is it to get out soap? Apparently much harder than I expected even with a super sucking wet vac. Also, they didn't rake the carpet. Overall, I was disappointed because this was my first experience with a carpet cleaner that left everything dingy. I am accustomed to a greater depth of cleaning.
Description of Work: Carpet and upholstery cleaning - cleaned stairs, upper hallway, sofa, chaise, recliner and area rug.

+ -1 moreI think this company does a great job. They have a very personalized attention toward the client and their work. They try to do everything well, and they find the time and ways to get the job done. For this quality of work that they do, they deserve really good ratings and recommendations.
Description of Work: This company performed a cleaning service on my carpet. The area covered was around 800 square foot, which included 3 bedrooms and the living room. The furniture was moved and put back in its place after they finished.

+ -1 moreI think that he does a fantastic job. He is very thorough and professional. He is licensed and also cleaned tile and grout. He does commercial and residential cleaning. I would recommend John to everyone. I find that his prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: He cleaned my carpets in three rooms and also cleaned an over-sized couch and matching love seat.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Were able to come within the week. Got lots of stains out, including dog diarrhea, which I was not too hopeful about. Yeah! Called the day before to say they were short-handed and to see if it would be Ok to come a couple of hours later (it was fine), and the technician called to let us know that he was running 1/2 hour late that day. Appreciated the communication. The technician told my husband that they don't move furniture, so my husband asked him to let him know when he could come move it; he ended up doing it for my husband after all.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in four rooms.

Description of Work: SHAMPOO AND CLEAN SPOTS ON THE CARPET THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THE SERVICE PROVIDER USED TRUCK MOUNTED SHAMPOO MACHINE. THE SPOT CLEANING WAS DONE ON THE HARD TO GET RID OF SPOTS. THE CARPET ON THE STAIRCASE WAS ALSO CLEANED AND SHAMPOOED
