Description of Work: I had a blue down crash I believe it was called and another shut down, both due to Window 7 automatic installations not being integrated correctly. They were fast, efficient, stood by their work honorting the secnd down under warrantly. They had a low evaluation fee of $49.00 which was applied to the total correction cost which was so reasonable and my not have been anymore than that. They knew about the problem and what to do and returned the machine quickly to me. I rate tham high on honesty and integrity.
