BEE REMOVAL

Other than the fact that the tech left our gate wide open and we couldhave had a major dog disaster, it was OK.

The phone conversation I had with this provider went well.

He was awesome. He did exactly what he said he would do and gave me the exact results I was expecting!!

Fortunately, Steve didn't find anything which gives me great piece of mind. Steve educated me about bee activity, the different types of wasps, what not to worry about and what to be concerned with, and what to look for. He spent approx. 45 minutes at my house and wasn't going to charge me anything. I gave him $40 for his time, for looking all around our yard (in the heat) and for some very useful information. I would call Steve again in a heartbeat for any bee or wasp issues. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and he won't over charge you like a lot of bee services out there. This morning around 8am I noticed a very loud buzzing sound outside the front door. Sure enough, there was a very large swarm of bees that seemed to be interested in getting into the attic above the door. I had noticed a few bees the day before, but I didn't realize at the time they were probably scouts coming to look for a nesting place. I immediately called my normal pest control folks, but they were unavailable to come out for two days. I then called Steve, and by 11am, he had the most of the swarm removed. There were only a few stray bees flying around afterwards. Steve was very professional, courteous and prompt. I could not have asked for a better response time. He explained exactly what he was going to do before starting and before I knew it, he was done. The cost of the service in my opinion was very reasonable.

Received a phone quotation price. Steven Jaggers sprayed the bees and provided useful information. Upon completion, he even lowered the final price below what he quoted. Good Service was provided at a very fair price.

We saw some more bees about a month later (although they were different bees than before). Steve came out right away, treated it again and had us seal up the cracks in the tree trunk to keep future bees away. We haven't seen a bee since then. He did not charge us for the second visit. Very responsive and thorough provider. Would definitely recommend him and will use him again if necessary.

I called Steve and explained our problem and he showed up a couple hours later exactly when he said he would. He sprayed the area where the bees we're gave me very detailed instructions on what to do after the bees stopped swarming. Steve was very proffessional and very helpful. He was so nice on the phone, very prompt with when he could come, called when he said he would and came on time. He told me ahead of time what usually happens, how bees come. After, he again explained to me what to expect in the next 2 days and then also what to do for next year.

Incredibly responsive, explained everything he was doing, gave me a quick education in the difference is bee varieties (apparently mine aren't dangerous!) and didn't charge much for the work he did. I'd be glad to have him back, but not glad to have bees again!

I called Steve when another company failed to treat the bees and overcharged me in the process. Steve came out within 4 hours of my call. He said he survey the situation at no cost. He not only looked at the damage the other company did to my house but all found the bees within minutes. He treated them and solved my bee problem. He was kind enough to not charge me.

He not only found the bees, treated the bees, he also sealed the entrance way that they had got into the column so then they could prevent more bees go in there. So I have no more bee problem. I found his pricing very fair. On the phone he told me it could be $175 and I almost said it does not matter but I did not say that and he came out and treated and charged me only $150 since it was not complicated for him. He was on time and very professional.

My painters discovered a bee colony in the eaves of the house. Steve came out (quickly) and inspected the problem and sprayed his stuff. He told me to call the next morning if there were any remaining (since I had painters coming). None were present. Everyone was happy and the painters could continue!

Good Experience. Steve was very responsive to my call and came out right away. The cost was reasonable. Unfortunately we could not remove the hive because of the location but the hive was sprayed and the bees died or moved on. The hove is now inactive.

I called Steve late in the day, and he promised to fit me in the next day. He called when he was leaving his previous appointment and showed up on time and as we had scheduled. He looked over the situation and gave me ideas to resolve it. He explained to me the type of pesticide that he would use and information to assure me about its effects ( or lack thereof) on all other living things. He told me the cost prior to starting the job. I received full information about what to expect from the bee colony. He also gave me a 30-day guarantee and said he would return immediately if I noticed anything different from what he told me. Steve was polite, effective, prompt, and reasonable.

It went very well. Steve is a professional. He followed through exactly as planned from the first contact. Took the time to explain the situation in detail and the results were great.

Everything went according to plan. Steve exterminated the bees in the morning and returned in the afternoon to make sure the problem was taken care off. He recommended that we seal the hole within a week so that other bees do not come back. He also told us that if the bees were still a problem within a month that he would return at no charge.

Although there wasn't a hive in my yard, he gave me advice on why we may be seeing the dead bees and didn't charge me anything ! I am on the watch to make sure there isn't a hive in the area (neighbors yards ) and if we see any more activity we will call Steve.

I called Steve about a bee problem and he came the next day and took care of the problem. He was not only prompt but gave great advice and answered all of my questions. I wish every home services provider were as prompt, efficient and reasonable as Steve. Would definitely call upon him again, although I hope I do not this problem again.

He successfully got rid of the 3 hives in the block wall. These bees had been at my house for over a year without incident. Suddenly, they became aggressive and for the first time, stung me while cutting the grass. They swarmed Steve like crazy, but he managed to treat all three hives.

I called Steve about a yellow jacket nest. He identified the critters as dirt dobbers. Not a problem he said. Steve wanted nothing for this but I gave him a little for his time. Very nice fella. Prompt and professional
