Paul does exceptionally good work. He may be priced a little higher than the others but it is worth every penny. He is a true artisan with tile. The cuts around the doors and though out the home are the best I have ever seen. He and his son work together and they are a great team. When I called him in a pinch (my original tile man never showed up) he was very willing to come immediately and do the job I needed. He explained the whole process in detail, the cost and answered all my questions. He really listened to me and I am absolutely happy and satisfied with the job he did. I would recommend him very highly. It was an overall great experience.

The existing tile was 8" X 8" and finding replacement tile in that size was impossible. I brought home every possible variation in size of the tile we selected and Paul sat on the floor with me until we had a solution we were both happy with. He did an excellent job - telling me what would work and which options would look the best in the end. He encouraged me to finish the look with "pencil molding" and that is my favorite part of the finished product. We also replaced our baseboards over our existing tile and the change left gaps in the grout. The baseboards had to be primed before he could add the grout and he agreed to return again after the painters left.. He is very responsive and is fitting us in just one day after letting him know the painting was complete. We have used Paul before and have referred him to our friends.

It went very well. They arrived on time on the designated date, removed the old tile and put up the new tile. They returned the next day to do the grouting. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me to move the furniture back in place. They placed the old tile in my trash can but came back two days later to put the trash out because it was too heavy for me to move. I would not only recommend them to others but would hire them again. They were courteous and professional.

It was hard to find a tile person who was willing to do such a small job but Paul fit us into the schedule since we were willing to wait until he had some down time. The crew came each day at the time promised and finished promptly. They had to replace a few more tiles than the original bid but he stuck to the price he quoted us even though they had to do some extra work. In additon, we had a limited supply of the discontinued tiles and they worked hard to remove tiles in such a way that we ended up with a few extras in case we have issues down the road.

They did an excellent job. I really love the way my new floor looks. They were very professional and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend their services to other without a doubt. They are a great company. I think their price is pretty standard. They also were very punctual.
