AZ On Time Moving

We hired this company to take office furniture from our Mesa location to a business convention in Scottsdale, and to pick up and return to our office at 3:00 on Saturday. The pickup date & time was extremely important as there was to be a dinner in the room that evening & everything had to be cleared out. This was made clear to Paul. Paul even stated to another coworker of mine that he wasn't happy that he would need to pick up on Saturday. I didn't realize he stated this until after the problems begain. I called Paul (the owner) at 3:00 (the pickup time), and left a message asking where he was. Paul called me back a few minutes later, stated he was over an hour away on another move & wouldn't be able to pick up until after 7:00. I explained to Paul that this was unacceptable, the furniture had to be out now and that I couldn't believe he didn't call me until after I called him and after the agreed upon pick up time. Paul stated he was sorry but there was nothing he could do and he wasn't leaving his other job. We had to find a mover within an hour on a Saturday and pay more than the total job was suppose to cost in order to get our furniture out of the conference room. Paul then texted me on Sunday at noon, asking if I had found someone or if he should pick up the furniture. He also stated that he could make all kinds of excuses but wouldn't, "the time didn't work because of a mishap. All I can say is sorry and thats that..." I did not respond. On Monday, he called asking for money for the drop off. I stated that I would not be paying him as he broke the verbal contract and we had to pay another mover for a one-way move more than the total amount we had agreed to. Since then I have received multiple threatening text messages from him, swearing at me, and just plain crazy behavior. After speaking to the police, they suggested I file a harrassment charge.
