 + -1 moreDon was very knowledgeable with regard to the hardware aspects of computer technology and Tracey (his wife) is the software expert. I felt that Don and Tracey are not about becoming wealthy over their customers and more focused on serving their customers. I recommend Don and Tracey's AZ Group Tech to friends and relatives and all who have purchased computers from them are amazed at their prices and computer knowledge.
Description of Work: I called Don Wyatt to my home to review my computer because I could not connect to the internet. Once Don realized that it was a software issue and the repair would only be temporary, he informed me that it was a software issue, and that was no longer supported by the software company. Don did not charge me for the visit because he claimed that "He could not fix the problem". I requested a price on a new computer and his price was so reasonable that I purchased two. I also was able to use a lay away program which helped me secure the purchase on layaway and pay over time.

 + -1 moreDON IS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY NEEDS, WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE, OR COME TO MY HOUSE IN CASE OF A EMERGENCY. HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP ON TIME AND HE IS VERY REASONABLE & ACCURATE. DON WYATT IS A WONDERFUL MAN WHO DOES A GREAT JOB.
