Description of Work: Bernie was great! He was right on time and did a very professional job. He even came on Thanksgiving morning to install the doggie door (without an extra charge for it being a holiday)!! Amazing! We really needed the door in our new house and are very happy with the service that we received. I'll refer this company to all of my friends.

Description of Work: Emailed the technician, no response. Called was told that he'd be in touch , that he was very busy, but he'd stop by - but no call, nor did he ever come by. And I really need this door.
