Description of Work: Back-filled with AB and leveled a 13'X17' site in prep for a build of a shed in my back yard. The original request from me was for a level site in order to build a shed. After meeting with Mike for an estimate, we agreed on the price and set a date a few days later for him to perform the service. During that time, he called the shed manufacturer to verify requirements for the site. He showed up on time and the work was performed exceptionally. Two days later, the shed builders were impressed by the site prep and stated that no additional leveling was required on their part. I am very please with the result.

 + 0 moreMike was very personable and professional, and sympathetic with my loss. He kept me informed by phone of his time of arrival, and arrived promptly at the expected time. He walked the field with me to see what was wanted and then promptly went to work. He made a few helpful suggestions and was courteous and friendly throughout the time he was there. The price he charged was extremely reasonable for the work he did. My job was unique, but based upon my positive experience I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs any type of bobcat work.
Description of Work: He excavated a deep hole for me in my field and buried my deceased pet llama. (An unusual request, but a job that was important to me.)

Using Ashrey's services will give you peace of mind as they will do whatever it takes to solve the problems and finish to your satisfaction. No need to look elsewhere.

 + -1 moreHe and a worker showed up as scheduled with the materials and equipment and proceeded to be very knowledgeable and efficient in what they were doing. They installed a 20' culvert in each driveway (we paid for the culvert material directly to the supplier), created a path for the water flow, and otherwise made the project look very professional. The test was last night when we had over an inch of rain in an hour. Both drainages performed beautifully! No washouts or diversions. Water went just as we wanted and expected. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Done to perfection.
Description of Work: We had two neighboring driveways that would get washed out when it rained. After speaking with a number of landscaping contractors, we called Ashrey's. The owner came out and reviewed the situation, gave us an estimate of the date and price. Based upon his obvious expertise we went ahead and hired him.

 + -1 moreHe's a good guy and did a decent job my only issue was the yard wasn't graded down the way I wanted. I should have told him to remove some of the dirt which would have helped. Considering what I started with trust me it was an improvement. The owners a good guy knows his business next time i will be more clear on what the final product should look like!!
Description of Work: Excavation and grading of back yard also removed 15 tons asphault from front yard.

Description of Work: Mike with Ashrey Bobcat Service did a lot of work at my house. They hauled away lots of rotten rail road ties, removed several palm trees, took away unwanted piles of cinder rock, and did general cleaned up my acre lot

I would definitely recommend Ashrey Bobcat Service. Mike is a very nice man and very easy to work with. He guarantees his work and will return if necessary if you are not fully satisfied.
