 + -1 moreThe owner, Matt Olsen, arrived on April 20th for our appointment. We went over what I had in mind for the yards. He gave me a ballpark estimate of what my job would cost and asked if that was OK. I told him yes and he said he had to take measurements and would email me the bid. When April 28th came along and I still didn't have the bid, I called him and he said he had gotten busy and would send me the bid by May 2nd. Here it is May 20th, one MONTH since he was here, and still no bid. Yet another unreliable AZ contractor!! Guess he is so rich that he doesn't need the business.
Description of Work: I wanted a bid on redoing my front, back and side yards. Job would include removing the following: existing plants, irrigation system, block planters, concrete curbing in the back yard, section of block wall in the front yard and regrading yards for better drainage. Then install the following: some type of drainage system for the gutter downspouts, walkway and fountain in the front yard, 2 new block/stucco pillars in the front yard, a rock garden type of waterfall in the back yard and new rock, plants and irrigation.
