This company has horrible customer service. I called my Home Owners insurance on a small issue with the garage door. When the garage door was stopped via the button on the way down, it would stop, but then continue to creep down and fully close, being a potential hazard. I TOLD them the issue. It was also WRITTEN IN THE REQUEST. I also told them I was not at the property since it's vacant so to please call me when they were on their way. First time, they did not call. Second time, I told them I would leave the side door open. Which I did. They went while I was not there as I was in an interview, "tested" the garage doors, but did NOT test for the issue I SPECIFIED, so they left and said it was working fine. I went back to the property and tested myself. SAME ISSUE. I called them back and they pretty much made it sound like it was not their fault even though they did NOT test for the issue I had specified and would not go back since they were there twice already, even though they did not test for the correct issue. This should not have been such a complicated thing, but here we are. I don't blame the technician as I'm sure he's good at his job, but I do blame their communication or lack thereof. Save yourself a headache.

The most despicable piece of human trash imaginable. Following my Mom’s death and my Disabilty, I requested a simple garage door opener installation to allow me access. What has ensued is such a disrespectful and unresolved mess it defies belief over a sime garage door opener installation. Avoid this company and go-owner Donna at all costs.

The spring they replaced broke within 24 hiurs

They were sent to do my repair by my home warranty company. When the technician arrived he discovered I had an unusual spring size and the spring would need to be ordered. So I decided to have both springs replaced and upgraded to a heavy duty spring. The spring supplier sent the standard springs so we had to reorder. When the correct springs arrived, due to the amount of time I had to wait, they adjusted what is a busy schedule for them in order to complete my repair almost immediately. This is a very professional, well run company from top to bottom. I couldn't be happier with my service and greatly appreciated their efforts to conclude my repair so quickly, despite the parts issue. Things can always go wrong in anything, what makes the difference is how the problem is addressed and Arizona Native garage door was top shelf in their response to an issue not of their creation. I work in real estate and will certainly be using them in the future for my clients. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Used this company before on a home warranty issue in which the service was very good but have since dropped the home warranty because of bad service on another issue. In any case I noticed one of the springs was broken and needed to be replaced. Went to Angie's list for reviews and found Arizona Native Garage Doors had four A rated reviews therefore I place the call for service. The time window for the call was to be between 9 to 11 am and Ken Norwood, the owner arrived and 9. He completed the work within 45 minutes and in addition to the repair also made some adjustments to the opener, door, and lubercated the new springs, hinges and wheels. Was very pleased with every aspect of the work.

Arrived on time, even called that they were on the way. Switched out an old iDrive opener with a Chamberlain opener. Worked quickly and efficiently and even gave us the option to have an outside keypad installed (extra- not included). Cleaned up everything and demonstrated how it all worked. Highly recommend them. Would call them again if we need anything else like this done.

Kevin was a doll, super efficient, helpful, answered questions and fixed right away, all good! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Arrived promptly, explained in detail the problems of my garage door openers, had supplies to fix right away. Great work!

Firstly - I did not find Native Garage Door through Angie's List - they were sent out from my Home Warrant Company when I filed a claim (hence the low cost). However, I was so impressed with their professionalism that I wanted to share this with others in case they needed support. 1. They contacted me the same day I filed the claim and had someone out to assess the issue the following day.2. Upon inspection the technician explained to me the problem, what needed to be done and what to expect.3. I was contacted within days to schedule the installation.4. The same technician came out for the installation and walked me through what they were going to do - even advised that he was there to get the guy started; but would not be on site when completed (thought this was great communication!)5. When done, the installer walked me through the new system and helped me to reprogram the keypad. Seriously - I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism of this crew and the scheduling office. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone requiring support. The only thing I'm not sure of is how pricey they are - since I went through my Home Warranty. But service - they've definitely got that down :)
