 + 14 moreFabulous!! I have worked on multiple home improvements-large & small-and by far Mike & his team are absolutely the best. Mike was responsive, detail oriented, the most affordable of all bids & the easiest to work with. I initially gave Mike a floor plan & list of new items for the project. He responded with a detailed bid & was the only general that included permits - that were necessary. The project started on time and remained on budget- outside of what I added. Work began around 8:30 a.m and everything necessary was covered and protected. The work is outstanding and I couldn't be happier - and I am a stickler for detail and quality. WOW!!! It is possible to have great work done by great qualified professionals. From references I knew Mike might go over on the est. finish date -- & we did - not a problem - I knew that going in. After 15 yrs. of home improvement - Mike is the only one I can recommend without reservations. I will have him back again and again!
Description of Work: Mike and his team completely demo'd and rebuilt our master bath and closet including: relocate drains, door, and toilet, raise ceiling, framing, electrical, plumbing, duct work, drywall, install of travertine, glass and custom mosaic tile, windows, tub, shower, cabinets, granite counters, sinks, all faucet fixtures, lighting, trim paint and pocket doors. Mike also took care of all associated city permits and inspections.
