ANOZIRA DOOR SYSTEMS

Called Anozira to service our custom wood clad garage door. They were responsive from the first call and showed up when they said they would. I have worked with Anozira over many years off and on and they never fail to perform. Spencer was a great communicator, efficient and competent, getting my door operating smooth within minutes. Anyone looking for a reliable and competent garage door company for service or replacement, give Anozira a call.

Pros: The rep Don was great, they showed up on time, took about 2 hours to complete the work. The service tech that fixed the problem was great too. Cons: Customer Service and if you want them to come out same day for a door that wasn't installed correctly, they will charge you $150.00. The door broke before they even cashed my check. No biggy, it happens I guess. So when we called, the customer service, the supervisor treated us like it was our fault. The door was stuck half open and they wanted 150 to come out same day. So we waited till next day to avoid the charge, leaving our garage half open all night. Next morning the service tech was on time and he fixed the door for free since it was obviously not our fault. The B 'overall experience' is because the service tech went above and beyond to make things right.

Terrific, great service, will definitely recommend Anozira to our neighbors.

Called at the end of week and made an appointment for Wednesday. Emergency service was available but at an increased cost. Office personnel stated that they would call the day before to confirm appointment which they did. Bud showed up within the 2 hour window, was very polite and professional. Also, helped me reprogram my code for the wireless opener. Work just done today.

They called ahead of time too be sure the job was still a go.

THE COMPANY CAME ON TIME AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY FAST AND GOOD, BUT HE FORGOT TO LEAVE THE REMOTES TO OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR.

FIXED GARAGE DOOR SPRING WHEN BROKE. WAS COURTEOUS AND REASONABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

HE WAS VERY POLITE, ARRIVED QUICKLY AFTER OUR CALL, AND ALL ON A SUNDAY MORNING.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS POLITE AND DID THE REPAIR WORK QUICKLY.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED OUR AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT AND WE USE THEM ALL THE TIME WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. THEY PROVIDE NORMAL SERVICE AND ALSO HAVE AN AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY NUMBER. THEY WILL COME OUT RIGHT AWAY, BUT AT A MUCH HIGHER SERVICE CHARGE. AS PART OF THE SERVICE REPAIR, THEY WILL PERFORM A SAFETY CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OPERATING CORRECTLY.

THEY WERE GOOD TO WORK WITH AND DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST IN THE AREA. THEY WERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT.
