Ambiance Landscape

They did the service; it looks like the service was performed on 07/27/2015; and they have a due date for the service; my wife wrote a cheque for $200.00 on August 31, 2015; now I got a mail from the ambiance landscape for an invoice of $200.00 2 years after the work was done; mentioned that the service was not paid; but as per our record, a cheque was issued a month later by my wife; I performed labor for them but did not invoice them for the labor & equipment used; my wife didn't know that we performed service, to offset the $200.00 service that ambiance performed; the confusing here is that the gentleman by the name of bryan john, a partner/manager of ambiance, the cheque issued by my wife was under the name of Bryan John who was the manager /partner to Ambiance Landscaping LLC; This time, I am trying to reach out to the company, Ambiance Landscaping LLC; to clear things up for the payment of the $200.00, but not able to get any response from them, sent out 2 certified mails on 08/08/2017 & 08/16/2017 and called them via phone but unsuccessful to get the company to respond as well; got a hold of their staff by the name of Jodi Rust but she said that she is not working for Ambiance anymore, & that she is just working for them part time;

It has been a great experience. They discussed with me the plan to get my pool back on track and have set me up to check my pool weekly for a GREAT price!
