 + -1 moreI'm still using them. I have tried many times to cancel their service, but they have talked me out of it. I am unhappy with them, but I keep using them. If I call and say that I see ants in my house, they will come right out and take care of it for us. They always call and come when they saw they will be here. I guess I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They came to spray the inside an outside of our home.

 + -1 moreTHEY CALLED US ON THE PHONE TO EARN OUR BUSINESS AND DID A PRICE MATCH TO OUR ESTABLISHED PEST CONTROL COMPANY, SO WE TRIED THEM OUT. WE WERE QUOTED AN ARRIVAL TIME OF 9-12 AND THE ARRIVED AT 11:55, WHICH WAS A LITTLE UPSETTING. ELEVEN DAYS AFTER THEY SERVICED OUR HOME, A BLACK WIDOW WAS FOUND OUTSIDE ON THE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THEY DON'T CHARGE MORE FROM MONTH TO MONTH. THEY TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS WHETHER IT MAY TAKE A DIFFERENT KIND OF TREATMENT, I.E. SCORPION DUST AND THEY STILL CHARGE THE SAME PRICE. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAY THE WILL ARRIVE.
