All Service Window Cleaning

Description of Work: He was referred to me by a neighbor who had used his service for window cleaning. He came to give me an estimate; however, I acknowledged that my windows were in poor condition and were double pane and were leaking. He advised that HE could replace those windows for me. I ordered 10 windows from him and paid him. He provided a written invoice for installation but invoice for the purchase of the windosw but the invoice had his old company name on it (ALL SERVICE COMPANY at 3200 N Dobson Rd). He also advised that he was handing me an old invoice with a previous business name. Phone numbers were scratched out and new ones written in but the content did indicate the amount I paid for the windows at a total of $2,650. He then stated that he'd charge $350 a day for installation. He said it would not exceed 3 or 4 days. I requested it in writing also and he said he'd email that to me. He never sent it. He said the windows would be in in 3 wks. He also said if I didn't pay him right then, he couldn't get the sale price. I paid him and should not have.
