All Seasons Complete Care

My contact was Cindy Conant, one of the owners. I made an appointment with her for 9:00 am and by 9:20 she was still not here and I hadn't heard from her. I usually do not call contractors who stand me up, but I really wanted to get a quote, so I called the company number. Cindy answered and I said who I was and that she was supposed to be here at 9:00 and it was 9:20. She told me she was looking for a paper that had been misfiled and didn't realize what time it was. My impression might have been wrong, but it seemed she wasn't even aware of our appointment. She said she wasn't far away and would be right there. Cindy arrived and we went over all the things I was thinking about doing and she said they didn't do block work or concrete or waterfalls. That was OK with me because I could get other contractors who did that type of work. We decided that she would concentrate on giving me a bid for the front yard, so she measured things and said it would be about 1 week before I would get it and I said OK. As of this date, I have never received a bid and this time I am not going to chase her down to get it.

This company is owned and actively managed by two women and their work crews. They do both commercial and residential work in several parts of the valley. They understand that we don't want to do ANYTHING outside of our home except enjoy a well-maintained exterior and they have provided that for about 10 years. They are almost instantly responsive to calls. They will send the crew out for a extra visit if we are having a party and they are prepared to handle specialty jobs like picking all of our oranges each year when we ask.
