Description of Work: Second time I used Alex.....painted entire exterior of 2600 sf house. He used a primer for entire house to deal with pyrite rust spots then two coats of Sherman Williams paint. His crew was meticulous and did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: Alex McMillan painted the exterior of my house--$6,000 job. His price was fair and he performed as promised. He and his crew were prompt, friendly, considerate and did an excellent job, including keeping a neat work environment and cleaning up when finished. I would hire him again and have recommended him to friends.

Description of Work: They did an excellent preparation that included some wood trim replacement, provided the top grade of Dunn Edwards paint, cleaned up everything, and did not get paint on the roof tile edges or ground surfaces. They also sealed the patio roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Although Alex didn't provide services, he took the time to return my call to decline the project and provide me with a referral that was more appropriate for the job that I needed done. I appreciated his honesty (for his response to my job) and his attempt to help me find a solution that would work. That gets a "thumbs-up" from me.

Description of Work: Alex had been out and gave an estimate a few months earlier. When I called back to seemif the quote was still good, he told me yes. We scheduled the exterior of our house to include a patio cover for the next week. He showed up the first day with his crew, we verified the color and while they were purchasing the paint, the crew began power washing the exterior. They used a higher quality paint and their technique covered many larger cracks in our patio wood, which faces SW. Alex checked the job progress both days and when they had finished he personally did a walk around with me to verify there was nothing missed or that I did not like. Alex was referred to me by a neighbor and I was completely satisfied. Very professional, friendly, and thorough. Alex even called me back several days later with a referral of another contractor for additional work I told him we wanted to do. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: Painted outside of house. Did a great job!

Description of Work: Complete exterior painting and repair to stucco and facia boards. Crew pulled dirt and gravel away from house/garage foundation, pressure washed all surfaces, repaired all chipped and damaged stucco, scaped, repaired, filled facia boards, re-caulked around all windows and doors, masked all surfaces not to be painted, including roof tiles, driveway, walkways, patio and patio furniture. Painted all exterior surfaces, facia, doors and shutters with premium paint. Paint was not watered down or thinned out in anyway.
