Great company. I had a new AC unit installed by Air Time back in late 2019. They saved me more than $10K quoted by another name brand company whose commercials are on TV. This last Saturday night my house started getting really warm. The AC would not kick on. I called on Sunday but they were so busy they couldn't fit me in. But they did have Josh come out at 7AM yesterday morning. A quick 10 minute fix for a new capacitor & my AC was back up & running. Thank goodness because I don't know if I could have stood another night of the inside of the house being 96 degrees. I love that AirTime is a local, small business & not a chain. They do great work & have excellent customer service. Thanks again AirTime for taking care of my AC needs.

I cannot recommend AirTime enough. Jacob and Ashton were beyond helpful and kind as I was in a tough situation thanks to another not-so-great local AC company. They showed compassion, weâ re responsive, patient, honest, and professional. I also greatly appreciate that they never tried to push anything on me to try and close a sale, but weâ re there and ready once I had made my decision. I wish I could put into words how grateful I am but this is the best I can articulate it. Thank you, again!!!

AirTime Cooling and Heating was excellent from start to finish. Brian (the owner) did the estimate. He was very informative about the options, equipment, process, and provided a competitive estimate. Including installing a Nest Learning Thermostat I bought at Costco for no addition charge. He even provided a bit of advice on installing a scoop to redirect more air into my south facing living room which is the hottest room in the house. I made and installed the scoop myself and itâ s working. Once I made my choice between six 4+ star contractor estimates, AirTime rose to the top and was able to get the install done within a week. The crew of James, Jordan, and Vincent did a commendable job, were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also were Hank, my dog, approved. I got exactly what I wanted without any issues. Highly recommend them.

the initial inspection of the old unit by Josh was very thorough and he explained the options of any possible repairs. Since the old unit was beyond repair he gave me the options of the new units that they could install. I made to decision to get a new model and they were able to schedule it for the very next day. He told me the time they would be there and who the installers would be. Kurt and JD were there right on time and explained what they be doing as well the time frame for the install. The system has been running great and the whole experience was done very professionally. They will follow up to check the unit and also file the 10 yr. warranty. I would highly recommend this business Airtime!!

Brian and Josh of Airtime were extremely helpful. They did the needed repair at barebones cost to us. They answered questions and supported us when we needed assistance from my first inquiry. We did not have a new unit but an extensive/expensive repair needed on a 15 month old unit we had purchased from Hendel's. They told us of some issues that they were familiar with concerning our particular model and urged us to pursue our claim with American Standard/Trane. We submitted our claim by fax to American Standard/Trane and their escalation dept. has not acted on it. Thanks to Brian,Josh and Airtime we have the unit repaired in time to deal with the summer heat. We were fortunate to have a rather comfortable spring and Airtime patiently supported us. We chose to pay upfront and now wait for any decision by the parent company. FYI Trane and American Standard are one corporation. We were made aware that the American Standard unit was purchased thru a wholesaler (American Refrigeration Services of Arizona) by Hendel's and would encourage potential buyers to be sure that any new unit is from factory and not thru an additional wholesaler who does nothing but raise the cost to you,the consumer. Many thanks to Brian,Josh and Airtime for a job well done. Obviously, we would highly recommend them to any and all interested in repairs or replacement. Our experience with Hendel's did improve from initial inquiry but would not deal with them again under any circumstances. The same goes for ARS of Arizona, they did not do the courtesy of returning our call. They did tell Hendel's that the three evaluations determining the problem with our unit were lies. No respect there!!! Final time!!!!!!!!!! Our hats off to Airtime.

They showed up at the times they said they would and even called to confirm the installation date. Very easy to communicate with them. They are also very knowledgeable about air conditioning.
