A Professional Locks

I am sure these technicians are very good at their job. The technician I dealt with and the gentleman on the phone were very polite. I had an issue with the digital lock on my gun safe. I called them to come out and get in to the safe. They dispatched someone pretty fast. I was actually able to get in the safe immediately after I got off the phone with them. I called them back immediately and notified them I was able to get in the safe. I requested they come out and change the lock and the key pad to avoid any future issues. The gentleman showed up removed 4 screws and stated he had the wrong mechanism. He stated he would find the part and call me to install it. He also charged me $65.00 for the service call under the premise that I would not be charged this again when they returned to install the new mechanism. Three days or so went by and no body called. I called and spoke to a gentleman and he stated they were unable to find the part. I explained my frustrations about being charged for absolutely no work. He said he would call me back in a day or so. He did not. I called him today. Once again he stated they could not get in touch with the manufacturer. He said they would not refund me the $65.00 service call fee. I explained they did not “service” anything. He stated they were not charging me to try and find the mechanism or the leg work as he called it. This in my opinion is very poor business ethic. Their employee who had the make model and serial number for my safe showed up with the wrong part. Absolutely no work was done. Had they have followed thru on any of the original agreement I would happily pay them. They did not. This practice right here would not fly in my line of work. Dishonest to say the least.

Great service by Tim. He was on time and was good with our very large "protective" dog. Got all the locks changed on our new house.

On the night of a major storm the locksmith was able to come out and change all our locks. We had a tenant we were concerned would turn things ugly and we needed fast service. Rates were very good. Responsiveness was fantastic. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend again.

We had just visited our property management company to collect keys and door openers since we taking our property off the rental market and there was no key for the front door lock (Schlage Connected Keypad).? I called A Professional Locks as I was driving home (we had used them before) and they indicated they could have someone out in about two hours.? Nick (I think was his name) arrived two hours later, removed the lock, re-keyed it and cut us two new keys.? He spent a few more minutes going over the z-wave technology used by the lock and then was on his way.

Picked up the call right away when I called. Provided an accurate time estimate. Charged exactly what I was quoted. Once the technician got here he was quick, professional and payment with my card was easy and convenient.

We were very happy. They're very efficient and cost effective.

Good experience. Would definitely use them again.

THEY WERE RATHER EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY CAME OUT AND THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
