A EMRGENCY LOCKSMITH

Horrible experience. I called a couple days before I needed a "rekey" to find out if I needed an appointment and they said no. So, I called the day of service needed and they said someone would be out in 30 minutes. I waited and waited and finally called them back. They gave me the number of the actual locksmith who was supposed to do the job so I called him directly. He said he had to buy the part from the store and would be there in 20 minutes. I waited nearly an hour and he finally showed up. He had no business card, was very unprofessional in appearance and was very hard to understand. I became very uncomfortable being alone with him in the condominium so I told him I did not want the rekey done after all. He got very agitated and said I still had to pay for the service call. He didn't want me to use my credit card, instead he wanted cash but I refused. He did give me a receipt and it said the name of his company was Dependable Locks, Inc. out of Brooklyn, NY!
