+ -1 moreThey came out 2 days after I initially called and the work was started within a week of the contract acceptance. The work was done very efficiently and they showed up exactly when they said. The work was supposed to take 1 day but it took an extra one only because they went over and above the contract and replaced the aluminum drip edges because improved ones now exist. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to have the rest of my roof done.
Description of Work: I had a roof leak and wanted it fixed. Charles came out and saw the problem and we had new paper laid on 1/2 of the roof. I chose to do more than just the problem area since the house is almost 20 years old. He said he would replace any previously broken tiles at no charge. I told him we would pay for new ones but he just had us pay for the square footage of the roof paper. He also put on new metal drip edges that needed replacing. This wasn't included in the contract but they replaced them with no additional cost.

+ -1 moreOverall, I was very pleased with the services I received. They were in and out in no time.
Description of Work: They tore off my old roof and had the job done in 2 days. They installed a dimensional roof, which was a 30-year shingle and I also had my flat patio replaced. Their bid was a little higher than some of the others, but I'm glad I went with them because they didn't cut any corners. You always get what you pay for and I couldn't agree more. They used nails and not staples. They used Tamko shingles, which was a little more in cost but well worth it. On plywood replacement they used 5 ply, not 3 ply. And they kept everything clean. My neighbor also plans to have his roof looked at and I referred him to Desert Roofing.
