WHIRLBATHE

Technician showed up an hour late and rushed through the job. He tried to leave with the finish bubbling and we stopped him and asked that he correct it. The finish still has dimples in it and does not even cover the entire tub. I think he rushed the job in an attempt to get back on schedule. We called the office who said they would speak with the technician and call us back by the end of the day. That was the last time we heard from them. Several calls have gone unreturned. We still have the protective paper the technician left in place for overspray as he left without telling us how long that needed to be left in place. I have filed a review with the BBB and stopped all payment for this job. I also found it funny that the technician had us make the check out to him and not Whirlbathe, who charged our credit card the down payment. Something very fishy going on here...stay away from this company...

ALL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WERE POLITE, ON TIME, NEAT AND THE JOB WAS PRICED FAIRLY. ALL WORK WAS DONE RIGHT.
