WEST TRENDS TILE AND STONE

Communication with Mark Warkentin was excellent throughout the planning and installation. He came to our house several times to measure and discuss the job and our options and returned daily while the team was working. He fielded email inquiries in a timely manner. His two-man crew headed by Eddie, however, gave us a long six days. We were living in the house and had to do quite a bit of cleaning -- fast food wrappers, buckets with dirty water, broken tile heaped on the floor, discarded clothing, etc. -- every night. Late in the job we discovered that Eddie had touched up a ding or two in some tiles with a permanent ink marker. However, he also devised an excellent solution to an area where we needed to angle the tile in at a doorway. Many people, including those who work in the home improvement industry, admire our tile floors when they visit. The finished job is wonderful but the process was not easy for us.
