Sundog Home Systems

I have had Scoob out for 2 projects now and my Wife and I could not be happier. I am a few months late writing a review but I figured better late than never. Scoob has always been very fast to respond to any emails I have sent and has been patient with my questions. I never had to wait more than a few days to get the work completed and the work was always done to perfection and the work area was left just like they had never been there. Just recently, I sent him a question about mounting a small TV to an existing mount on our patio. I needed to know what type of bolts were required to attach the TV to the mount. Not only did he promptly answer my question, but he came over and gave me the bolts I would need to mount the TV on my own. This was done free of charge. We have a couple of other projects we will be taking on in the future and we will absolutely be looking to Scoob to do the work.

Sundog is great! We have used them for years. I just saw that they are on Angies List, so am writing the review now. Scoob, the owner, has installed a couple of systems for us as well as programmed remotes and given us very patient lessons on how to use them. From troubleshooting to installation he always seems to be available. He knows which brands and products are best suited to our needs so we don't have to do any research about electronics. That is really important to me. I trust his opinion and recommendations.

Sundog Home Systems did exactly what he said he would do. There was full transparency on pricing and was punctual. It took him some extra time to get the work done because of the complexity of the job and he finished the job and did it for the agreed upon price. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Once i had the original bid - we made some adjustments based on a quick phone call and 3 days later Scoob was out to the house to start the project. Given the short lead i had requested, his schedule flexibility was greatly appreciated as he was able to fit my project into his schedule by splitting the work over a couple days. My house presented some unique challenges given the way the wiring had originally been implemented. Each time there was a challenge, he was able to bring a solid solution that in some cases required extra work to deliver the cleanest solution. Some of the extra work was focused on cleaning up some messy wiring that had been part of the original design. This work was all completed as part of the bid and left me with a clean design and complete satisfaction. I have another phase of work in mind for a few months down the road and will absolutely have Sundog back to help me. I would highly recommend Scoob if you are looking for expertise, integrity, professionalism and quality at a fair price.

Went as smoothly as possible. Since that has been the forth time or so working with Scoob, I let him in and he did the rest. System was up and functional as promised. I had a few questions for him and he answered them promptly. He did a nice job of running (and burying) the speaker wires and overall exceeded my expectations.

He is very knowledgeable about the work he does. He is definitely someone I would have do work for me again.
