Small Time Moving, LLC

On 25th, we hired them to pickup a refrigerator from the store and bring it to our house. Bring it in and place it in front of the cabinet opening. When they were moving it I thought it was a tight place to get in to the kitchen. I suggested they remove the refrigerator's door and they didn't. The were dents and scratches. I told them about it and they told me they didn't have insurance because they are small company and according to Arizona law they could get insurance. They suggested that I call my insurance company. They told me that the dents and the scratches could just be funded out. I found out I'm not cover by my insurance policy. I also found out that they can get insurance. The dents according to the manufacturer, the dents and the scratches could not be funded out. So I called small time moving and told them the dents cannot be founded out. I gave them the name and telephone number of a company that can give them liability insurance. In the meantime, I found out how much replacing refrigerator doors would be, the total amount was $454 (parts and labor). I texted him that information and called him and he has not returned my call my text.
