B Cool A/C were great. I have a 1500 ft. commercial space with a swamp cooler for the work area, and a small A/C unit to cool the office. The office cooler had not worked at all for a while. Brian fixed both and they are working very well. 10 out of 10

George from B Kool was great on his quote, accurate, and his was the lowest of the three bids that we got. He sent out two installers, Brian, and Rick, and they were very good communicators. I have had many other installers come over to the house that could not communicate verbally with me, but not in this case. The new unit installed was brand new, and it is running great.

Great work and in a timely manner at a great cost rate I will surly use this company again for all my heating and cooling needs.

Brian came out earlier than expected. He went through entire system checking freon levels to how much amp draw the unit was running at. He went upstairs to check air handler and noticed blockage. He cleaned it out and resealed the unit. After he made the correction he checked the split temps and answered all my questions. What a great company. They only charged me for the service call.

My Gosh, in teh middle of a heat wave, my AC went out. Talked to them and in two hours, right on time, he is at my door! Diagnosed the problem right away, (condenser), fixed it and I'm all cool again in less than an hour. Plus he changed out my filters and gave me a lesson on AC maintanance since I've never had AC before...The guy was realy nice, helpful and I felt honest beyond a shaddow.

The project was completed in a timely manner, work ethics were top notch. Small problem after completion at first negatively received by company. Upon inspection was quickly resolved and apologized for the inconveniance. Company's customer service policy is superior to others I have dealt with in the pass. Would highly recommend.
