the serviceman was very friendly and knew what he was doing. in addition to the work he was hired to do he installed a new thermostat that I had purchased at Home depot and cleaned and serviced the evaporator at no additional charge.

Electric cord could have been anchored. Finishing touches seemed a little rough. but I would hire them again. Area was clean when they left.

The tech Brian was very professional and explained everything before doing job. He did wonderful job and he even did service on my 2- warehouse coolers and working great. I have already scheduled next service appointment with them.

Actually we did not have thee tankless heater installed. We have a small home and did not feel it a necessary idea. We are happy with the product they did recommend and was very happy with their work.
