Schembri Engineers is Arizona's premier home and building inspection engineering firm specializing in structural and foundation evaluation, as well as structural, civil, mechanical and electrical design engineering. Since 1985, we have performed more than 14,000 home and building inspections and designed numerous homes and buildings throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area and all over the great state of Arizona. We have established a reputation for competence, professionalism, and thoroughness that is unmatched. We are also experienced in special inspections, owner representation, construction monitoring, construction forensics and defect investigation, as well as Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) & Property Condition Assessment (PCA) per ASTM standards. We were charged 550.00 to have the engineer come to our home to tell us where the load bearing walls were, and he was incorrect in his findings. We had to hire another engineer to come out and redo it.

Our main structural ridge beam cracked during our remodel. I found Philip from Schembri Engineers and he came out the same day to review and develop a plan for how to proceed. He even came back out to review the changes once we had installed the new metal ridge beam to make sure our contractor followed his plan. I highly recommend Phillip! He gave us the peace of mind to know that we would be safe in our new home for years to come!
