I had a smaller project that was time sensitive. While other engineers wouldn't even return phone calls, this company called me promptly, came out within a day to get measurements, gave me a reasonable estimate and agreed to meet my deadline. They finished the work a week early (and during the holidays). I was very happy with their responsiveness and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

Structural Engineers normally take 3-4 weeks to come out. This gentleman came out in 45 minutes. It was the day before escrow and because of him we were able to close on time.

We were charged 550.00 to have the engineer come to our home to tell us where the load bearing walls were, and he was incorrect in his findings. We had to hire another engineer to come out and redo it.

Our main structural ridge beam cracked during our remodel. I found Philip from Schembri Engineers and he came out the same day to review and develop a plan for how to proceed. He even came back out to review the changes once we had installed the new metal ridge beam to make sure our contractor followed his plan. I highly recommend Phillip!
