+ -1 moreThe office was great. The technician they sent out to walk me through the maintenance was so so. It was $75 for the service and $7.50 for travel charge.
Description of Work: I just went in to question them about pool maintenance and that sort of stuff.

+ -1 moreWE STOP IN AT THIS LOCATION ON A REGULAR BASIS TO HAVE THE POOL/SPA WATER CHECKED. WE ALWAYS GET OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHECK THE WATER AT NO CHARGE.
Description of Work: A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE STORE CAME OUT TO OUR HOME TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW SALT WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM.

+ -1 moreTHE PERSON WHO CHANGED THE SAND FILTER DID NOT MIND ME BEING AROUND AND ASKING QUESTIONS. HE DID A THROUGH JOB IN GETTING ALL OF THE OLD SAND AND PEBBLES OUT. THE PERSON WHO DID 'POOL SCHOOL' TOOK HIS TIME TEACHING THE APSECTS OF HOW A POOL WORKS. HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. HE ALSO DID NOT MIND ME VIDEO TAPING THE LESSON.
Description of Work: CHANGED OUR SAND FILTER. I ALSO HAD THEM COME OUT FOR 'POOL SCHOOL' SINCE I HAVE NEVER OWNED A POOL BEFORE. TAUGHT ME THE DO'S AND DON'S OF OWNING A POOL.
