This was a difficult build; to clarify on a mountain location that was a "hard dig" type environment. Based on this an engineered septic system was required, which thanks for the county requirements was extremely rigid and time consuming. However, through that initial process GBL Custom Homes, Inc. represented us extremely professionally, and executed perfectly against every requirement levied by the county on each submission. Once the permit was secured for the system, the building permits also in hand, GBL broke ground. Through it all, this was a very customized design requiring additional structural supporting materials to properly support the residence. Aforementioned, the location was on a mountain, and the design requirements included unobstructed 360 degree views. Finally, it is worthy of note that a custom 5000 bottle wine cellar was also included and built as part of the design. We could not be happier with the results, quality, professionalism and the accuracy of the finished residence. We've recommended GBL Enterprises before, which resulted in a contract and completed residence for another couple in Scottsdale, and would not hesitate to do so again. Bravo, GBL!
