They did more than we had initially expected. We thought they would leave some of the existing water feature intact but they actually demolished the entire feature. They used the best boulders from the demolished feature and removed the rest. The owner, Chris, made sure the workers understood what needed to be done. He even helped with some of the work. They did an excellent job and were always courteous and respectful of the property. Although the cost was a bit more than some other estimates we received it was definitely worth the money when the job was done.

They were better than good. They're solutions oriented, very skillful, prompt, and economical. We've hired contractors for the last 10 years, they're by far the best we've used.

The work was done half hazard. His knowledge was limited. He didn't get the right permits. He didn't get the parts quickly. He did shotty work and he left the job and I couldn't communicate with his workers.

It went pretty well. We are happy with the result, and feel that the price was fair. Work was scheduled pretty much by our general contractor, including on the part of the project for which we contracted directly with French Accent. If it had not been, it may well have been much more difficult to get timely completion, especially for fixes after the basic project was done. The owner, Chris, seems honest and capable and he is very personable. However, he is somewhat disorganized, and prone to forgetting a conversation or agreement. This meant that communication was sometimes lacking, including communication about what things would cost and about what exactly would be done or had been done (how the irrigation system would be set up and programmed, where exactly trees would be planted, etc.). The workers who did the installation were efficient and hard-working. Oddly, they were not particularly careful not to damage plants that were in place and to be kept.
