Description of Work: Replace Gate

Description of Work: Called several times and left messages on asking to set up appointment for someone to give me a bid. I called both number listed on Angie's Lisa and their website. The answering machine was the correct business.

Description of Work: Replaced pool fencing.....done quickly with quality fencing, and fair price.

Description of Work: Emerald Fence raised our existing block wall by 2 courses, then silica sand stuccoed the wall. Emerald Fence used 10"" beige fence block to match the original wall, which is only available from one cement block company in the area. The project took 6 days to complete (2 days to mount the block, 2 days to apply the stucco base coat, and 2 days to apply the silica sand stucco). We were somewhat displeased with the fact that the crew wanted to cut back our plants along the wall despite the fact that the owner had said they could tie back the plants with rope. My wife and I used old moving blankets and rope to tie back the cacti and shrubs from the walls ourselves. We also were not very pleased by the unexpected mess along the base of the wall. The crew did scrape back the decorative rock about one foot away from the wall in preparation for the cement work but still we had cement splatter. The owner took full responsibility and agreed that he should have reminded his crew to use drop cloths to protect area vegetation and landscaping. In the end the crew did clean up the debris along the block wall and the owner discounted our project cost to compensate for replacement landscaping edging where mortar weep had spilled and dried. Our neighbors were also happy with the quality of work, and in fact, they all had Emerald Fence raise their block walls too. I recommend Emerald Fence and would use them again.

Description of Work: Rob did an excellent job having our block wall put up. He has a great crew and he's very efficient. Everything went very smooth. I would definitely recommend his Company!

Description of Work: Rob and his team laid 70 feet of block wall for me. I had the materials and needed assistance putting the wall up and the iron working to install a gate. Both projects were completed in a timely manner with quality results.

Description of Work: Removed 170 feet of wood fence. Installed new colored block fence with two new gates.

Description of Work: Construction of a new 6' block wall and demolition of several old parts of our wall.
