Design Emporium

Herein begins my recommendations and ratings of this individual and the extent to which I was impressed. Sara was exceptionally professional from our interactions from the very beginning with her clear, thoughtful and precise information regarding every detail of the project from beginning to the final finishing touch of which she personally took on the responsibility of overseeing and managing in person on the final day of its completion in radiant beauty as projected. "In a word, Exquisite, is my rating for her work on November 26, 2019."

Sara was tireless in her search for my demanding tastes. There is no company in Phoenix that offers her range of specialist providers. Believe me, I was ready to give up, but for Sara's wide knowledge and her extra efforts to get me the right catalogs and the right samples. Her crew are extremely creative, and their work is exemplary. If you need anything unusual either in materials or in design, Design Emporium is your best and, after all my searching, only choice in Phoenix. That's why I left the price in my review as N/A.

She did a great and fabulous job. She was always there when I needed her and she was wonderful. I would hire here again in a heartbeat.

it went very well, she started by asking what colors we liked and went from there. we are so happy with the colors that were chosen. We couldn't have done this without Sara's guidance.

Overall it went well. She was late, but not her fault, had wrong directions.

We appreciated Sara's professionalism & ability to recognize the scope of our project extended beyond the color of floor tile & paint. She suggested ways to blend the 3 spaces of our Great Room together using fabric, window treatments & back splash tile. The immediate improvement was helping rearrange our sectional, making the spaces flow into a more inviting area.

Sara was extremely thorough with her suggestions, never hurried us with decisions, very patient.

Sara was very personable and knowledgeable in helping me with paint colors for my home.

It was good. She was very professional, gave swatches and suggestions. Listened and provided her opinions and suggestions. Did measurements for windows and gave an estimate of services if I used her to complete decorating.

Sara showed up early but was willing to wait till the appointment time since I was waiting for my husband. She was very knowledgeable in colors and how I should paint different rooms in my home. She picked out some great colors and her biggest contribution was helping me narrow down what it is that I like and what I don't. She is sending me some paint swatches in the colors we selected. I have a large home, so there were lots of rooms to go through and 2 hours wasn't really enough but she stayed a little after the two hours ended just to complete our conversation. I really appreciated that she didn't handle the job like a punch clock but took the time to make sure my questions were answered, I will be hiring her again in the future once we have made some of the improvements that she already suggested.

Sara is a sweetheart. However, there were 2 things that didn't go well for me. 1) She had no portfolios. 2) Her resources were scarce as she has been on Angie's List only 2 years.

I got useful ideas and felt the service was reasonably priced and well worth it.

Good, Sarah spent time and helped me with ideas for future work with curtains, fabric, and scale of furniture placement as I had just moved. Will call her for follow up

Sara came on time and walked through the house with me as I took notes. She suggested moving my things around and possible purchases to enhance the decor of my home. Every idea seemed to make sense. Some things we moved immediately, others like wall art, I moved later. I asked and she answered questions about wall color and window coverings. I made good use of the full two hours. I would recommend her to everyone.

Sara was on time, very pleasant and she had great suggestions for all of the above ideas. When we make the permanent move to AZ, I will consult with her further.

She was on time and very pleasant. We are first time home buyers and have never had to paint the outside of our house before. We were surprised at how different the color look on the sample cards vs. on an actual house. She helped us go around the neighborhood matching colors so we could see what it would like. The two hours went by really fast so we did not really have time to focus on anything else. She had a little bit of time to give us a few suggestions for the inside of the house.

Sara was a delight. Very helpful and easy to work with. I enjoyed all of her suggestions and will her again.

Very helpful in selecting fabric to recover a very comfortable, but old club chair which needs to be reupholstered.
