He always does a phenomenal job, and I couldn't be happier. He's fast, efficient and honest. I would highly recommend him.

I will never use anybody else. He is very trustworthy and reliable. He is cheaper than everyone else too.

I have been using his services for about ten years. He does great work and he is very HONEST and dependable! Roger pretty much does all of the work by himself and has even come to do work while I was not home. He does not try to sell services you do not need. He is an all around honest guy.
Description of Work: They unclogged one of our drain pipes to save my utility ceiling and they also serviced my units.

He was here for four hours. He replaced everything in the air conditioner. He said that I had a whole bunch of problems with it that wasn t even wrong with it. He also said he replaced parts, but the thing is, the man never left my house once to get a part, so I don't think he replaced anything. He didn't do anything for me besides clean out a filter and charged me for things that he didn't even do.
Description of Work: They replaced a transformer, switching relay, and located heating problem in my heating and air conditioner unit.

Roger is very pleasant over phone. I tried for three days straight to get on his schedule and it just didn't work out. I think he does more commercial work and probably should not be on Angie's List for small residential jobs. My major issue was that I waited two hours and he never called to let me know he would not be able to show up on the first tentative date.

HE SERVICES BOTH OF MY UNITS ON A YEARLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND CHARGED $100. HE IS REALLY REASONABLE AND REALLY FAIR. I'VE BEEN USING HIM FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS.
