Michelle was great! From our first meeting, her communication style, her ability understand my style and how to incorporate into my new home, and relying on her resources to meet deadlines. Michelle has the experience to work on any project and does a good job guiding you though the process. She went above and beyond to help me get moved in. She checked on the status often and made sure to take care of any issues with the companies we chose to buy furniture, or any products from. I highly recommend Michelle.

The total project in both bathrooms was flawless. Michelle was very professional, providing opinions and suggestions on materials and tile installation. Michelle suggested that the tile in the shower be installed from floor to ceiling with a staggered design, making the room look totally outstanding. Michelle also provided suggestions for the shower niche, which is very unique in design. Michelle coordinated all the contractors for our project. Michelle was there early each morning when the contractors arrived, and then again at the end of the work day. We used a special pre-mixed grout in both bathrooms which did not wash off as well as the typical grout. When this was discovered, Michelle immediately did research on the grout and found the product necessary to clean up the tile. Her workers came right over and when completed, the tile looked perfectly clean. We really appreciated her time and effort and her attention to details. Her expertise helped to make this remodeling project flawless.

In the first hour with Michelle walking through my home, I got great ideas that were reasonable and affordable. Unlike designers who have ?one look? to sell. Michelle can work with any budget and create any look. She listened to what I prefer and don?t prefer. Michelle coordinated a bathroom redo from ?blah? to ?wow modern?, including getting all the contractors and saving me from a poor choice in colors. Communication was very clear. Michelle makes the work fun. I liked my home. Now I love my home! She was recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend her to you.

I wanted a very high end sophisticated look and to accomplish this to do all of the windows it was going to be approximately $6000. Michele showed me that ALL of the windows did not need to be done, just some of them, allowing me to get the high end treaments for all of the rooms and I am so happy. It looks spectacular. I have used her for other projects since then.

Michelle was great to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. She not only set me up with the appropriate people that I needed to work with, but went with me on key appointments to make sure I was taken care of. Even responded to my questions at short notice. What is also nice is that she will work with customers to provide the level of support needed on the project(s). I will definitely hire her again in the future.

Michelle met me at my home only a couple of days after calling her for help. She was prompt and professional. She listened to my needs and guided me to ideas for dining room tables and chairs online that worked with my budget, style and functionality. She suggested I use a couple of pieces that were in the room which saved on my budget. Michelle also helped me choose a light fixture for over the dining room table and called her electrician to see if it would work with the exisitng electrical box. In addition, she helped me with a light fixture in the entry way near the dining room and gave me ideas for table decor. I'm already receiving compliments on my new dining room! In the past, Michelle has helped update our kitchen and family room areas helping choose new countertops, backsplash, family room furniture pieces and helping me place existing wall, shelf and tabletop decor. We have used her contacts with electricians for indoor and outdoor lighting and granite countertops. She's also guided me to stores that carry our style for fixtures and furniture. I have had many people comment on our home decorating updates and my sister-in-law who had never seen our Arizona home, said it was like walking into an updated home from a HGTV show. I would highly recommend Michelle. She makes the process very easy and fun!

Michelle helped me fall in love with my home. She helped me get my vision for my home out of my head and into reality. I have trouble imaging what something will look like and become paralyzed when picking colors. I?m always worried about how it will look and usually end up not doing anything because I cannot decide. My RO system failing and flooding the entire kitchen was just the push I needed to start. I just needed someone to help... In steps Michelle. From the moment I met her I knew she understood what I wanted to do. We started by picking out flooring and because the entire house is all tile, that meant I had to replace EVERYTHING. Michelle was very patient and offered suggestions on wood, vs lament vs tile. Ultimately I decided to pick a 12X24 tile that would update the look of the home. From there she got estimates on cabinetry and since my kitchen and family room are connected, she came up with ideas on how to incorporate the same look in the family room built-ins. She had an artist draw up renderings for me so I could ?see? what my house would look like. That, to me was the best of all, being visually challenged and all. I chose to replace most of my appliances (I know this put me over budget ? but heck, how often do you re-do a kitchen anyway, might as well do it right the first time). She had her electrician come in and now I have under cabinet lighting as well as pendants on my island. The most fun I had was going shopping with Michelle to choose accessories. Again, I would agonize over an item and have to think if it would look good in my home, if it would fit, is it the right color, etc. but before I knew it the basket was full and we had to get another. The nice thing I liked as well, is that she didn?t take me to high end shops, she?s a frugal shopper and knowing my budget, we got the look I wanted shopping at reasonable stores. Michelle also helped me in picking paint colors and she knew me well enough by now she had her painters give me bids for repainting the entire house not just the 2 rooms we were working on. So what started out as a Kitchen / Family Room remodel, ended up with living room, dining room, and entry freshly painted as well. My home looks like a model home and I can only think Michelle for her efforts. I can say not everything went perfect, but Michelle helped me through all the rough spots and in the end I think I not only have a great designer, I have a good friend. And now a year later, I?m ready to take on my next project and my first call will be to Michelle.

We spent a lot more, but everything turned out well. They did a good job! They were very careful in what they were doing throughout the project.

i am going to rate her based on several categories: 1. Knowledge : C at best, project was way over her head, she cost me extra money for doing things twice... 2. Quality of Subs she provided: best suited for low end homes to track homes work, certainly not for high end custom homes. we had to weed out almost all of them, and find reputable replacements to do the job, we are glad we did. 3. Being on the Job: Yes, she showed up every day, however no inspection of the quality of work done. 4 Price: a bit high for her level of knowledge. 5. Integrity: misrepresented her qualifications, got caught few time double dipping (getting cuts from subs bids). If you disagree with her, she will accuse you of being unreasonable and difficult to deal with. 6. Professionalism: D at best, too many personal issues 7. Best suited for small projects, picking out colors, fabrics etc. 8. Project management: Failed to inspect quality of work. We were practically the foreman for quality control. 9. Buy at your own risk: most people who gave her high grades spend few hundred dollars to few thousand dollars. After all, we are happy with the final results. Thanks to all the quality subcontractors we hired to our due diligence.

Michelle came for consult, gave me plan of how she would attack, helped me to select items/themes based on my goals for the project, managed labor and completed project in time required. Started with consult where we discussed what I was looking for, to which she compiled a plan and organized my scattered ideas in to a genuine plan. After creating plan we began choosing what hardware we would be needing, where she helped me select the items so that they would both appeal to me, and future value of the house. Michelle worked with appliance distributors, flooring providers, and hardware manufacturers to help me choose items that would get the best return on my investment. At this point we worked on a schedule to complete the tasks necessary, which Michelle organized with all labor needed for the project. Working with that many people, to achieve goals in a very short period of time, while working on other projects in the valley, is near impossible, but Michelle pulled it off and did so to my demanding expectations. Michelle oversaw every step of the process to be sure things were done to our specifications. Due to Michelle's hard work and incredible design skill on the front end, her ability to manage the customer (who is admittedly demanding and tough to work with) and all of the moving parts during the project, we completed the remodel in the time frame expected and within the budget set forth. I would highly recommend reaching out to Michelle if you are looking to do a remodel or redesign. She created a beautiful kitchen/home that met all expectations of adding value to my home far beyond the investment required.

Michelle is a very personable and talented woman who is very easy and pleasant to work with. She came to our house and after I explained my conundrum over backsplash and floor tile selection she quickly showed me what combinations would work well with the style I was attempting to create. Once she showed me the options and rationale behind the options, it was very easy for me to see how nicely it would all go together. She also helped me to with window treatment ideas and gave me a reference for somoeone she works with on window treatments. She was full of good ideas and references for tradespeople. I will probably be calling her again as we progress through each stage of home renovation.

Michelle was great to work with. I needed assistance on new paint colors for the bathrooms and she helped me make great selections. She also helped me pick out new window coverings for the kitchen and a new light fixture. She provided some good suggestions for accessories to finish off my rooms (including helping me with what to do by the TV - we have a high shelf and nothing below and was able to suggest something to complete the area). Michelle was helpful in making suggestions and provided some additional clarification on questions and ideas via email after we met. Since I had only a few areas and had already selected some options our appointment was about 45 minutes and that was plenty of time.

I wished I would have worked with Michelle when I first started my remodel. It would have saved me tons of money, time, and some damages from other workers!

I absolutely love working with Michelle. She is quick to respond by either phone, email or text. She provided excellent and honest feedback regarding suggestions for our new home. She brought flooring samples to my home and had our travertine tile installed over a weekend when we were out of town and it went very smoothly. We were extremely happy with the painting crew and absolutely love the new color and the fact that they were able to do the work as soon as they did was icing on the cake. I am definitely planning to call Michelle in the new future to have her help me finish the kitchen and living room.

We met with Michelle to talk through decorating ideas for a house we recently purchased. She was very easy to talk to, gave us some good ideas, and told us how our ideas could be incorporated into a big plan or theme. It was real nice to have some one we could bounce ideas off of. The only problem now is that I have to figure out a way to hire Michelle for additional advice and ideas as we work through updating our house.

We are very pleased with Michelle's ideas and her help. She has references for helpers and makes sure that they do the job as it should be done. She has excellent ideas and takes time to help find just the right product or material to do the job the way the client would like. She is punctual and makes appointments allowing time to discuss as much as needed to get to the result. We definitely will be calling for more help as we continue the work on our retirement home. She is fun and professional to work with.

Michelle is the consummate professional...friendly, extremely responsive and very creative. She was very quick to develop a vision for what the place could look like with great color drawings that allowed me to get my arms around it. Once we started, she managed all aspects of construction, furniture acquisitions and move-in. The timeline was largely met save and except for a few sub-contractor misses which were eventually corrected. She took the job personally and was responsive to any concerns or issues that I brought up. Overall, I would recommend Michelle for her creativity, responsiveness and work ethic. The cost of the project includes all construction, furnishings and her design/management fee.

Michelle was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I will call her again when I need for decorating advice and services.

Michelle did an amazing job! She redesigned most of our first floor. My house now feels like a home because of Michelle. We can even have guests now and not be embarrassed. She is very personable, professional, and talented. She was also very flexible with our work schedule. I can't say we knew what we wanted to do; we just knew what we didn't want. Michelle took our input and ran with it. She also presented us with options to maximize our budge, like painting ourselves and using many of our existing pieces. Michelle is our choice to complete the rest of our house when we get to that stage.

We wanted something bolder than the various shades of tan we currently had, but I was not at all confident in my ability to select the colors. Michelle picked out various colors for main walls, accent walls, and niches. It was a combo of colors I would not have considered and was a bit nervous about it, but we decided to trust her and WOW! It looks fantastic! A friend commented that our house now looks like a model home. Plus, the painting contractor recommended by Michelle (Paulino) was also excellent. Lower cost than what we had paid 10 years ago AND he and his team did an excellent job and maintained a very neat workspace. My husband is VERY nit-picky and even he was impressed. It's the first time he didn't have a single complaint! Michelle also advised us on curtains, backsplash, and cabinets and we plan on following up with her about this. Obviously, we highly recommend Michelle!

Michelle was very good to work with, and did a good job overall. We worked with her from October-November through March. We got our money’s worth.

Michelle was good to work with overall! I don’t think she’s a high-end designer, but she’s very pleasant and listens.

She was very nice, but I wouldn’t use her again. She gave me solutions and specific items that I liked but dimensionally wouldn’t even fit into my space.

She is an extremely personable young lady. There is no question whether she will be a success or not. She did interior design and decorating. She set up the move with the movers to the house. She knows her stuff. That girl studied in school. She can walk into a room and rearrage it in about 11 minutes and you won't recognize it.
