Description of Work: Very good person who has good ideas. unfortunately due to a very tragic personal situation she was unable to balance her personal life with business commitments and appropriately manage expectations. All of a sudden she just dropped out of communication and I never heard back from her and had no response to call. was planning to spend $25K to 30K to remodel bathroom but spent $1400 to get started and had to restart the entire process over again with another contractor.

Description of Work: Bought a new home, previous owner left a dozen Michelangelo pictures, and some like new furniture and I didn't have room for it. I hired her through a reference given by previous landlord. She brought her crew and in 4 hours, she completely rearranged the house to my amazement. Great Job!

+ 0 moreMichelle arrived on time and asked me alot of questions about what I wanted to do with my projects. I had many questions and she answered them all. Her suggestions and ideas were very helpful, and she had several ideas that were new to me and will make my master bathroom much more polished and attractive. I am very pleased with her professionalism and excited by the new directions she pointed me to. I would recommend her to anyone who is challenged by a complex decoratiing project. She can make a big difference.
Description of Work: I needed ideas and direction for several redecoratiing projects--master bedroom, master bathroom remodel, and hall bathroom. I wanted a one- time consultation to get questions answered, creative suggestions and professional input. Michelle exceeded my expectations with her excellent suggestions and creative ideas. She answered all my questions and urged me to call her if I thought of any further questions after she left, and was helpful when I did call. She helped me alot, and I had a renewed confidence and enthusiasm after our meeting. Furthermore, I wanted a one-time consultation, and Michelle did not try to extend the scope of our original agreement.

Description of Work: We have been working with Changes Interior Design for about four months now. The last job was significant remodeling of the new house we are in. It included new floors, cabinets and all kinds of decorative items. It was from February to June.

+ -1 moreWe had just purchased our house which was off-white from one end to the other. I wanted to paint but had no idea where to begin. Michelle came in, took photos, and made recommendations based on our current furniture and the architecture. She put everything together in a book with what to do by room. It worked out wonderfully all around.
Description of Work: Picked colors for walls, ceilings, trim, doors and anything that could be painted. Michelle also recommended adding greenery, rearranging furniture, and accessorizing.

She has so much experience that she can look at your situation and immediately tell you what to do and not do and what will add the most value to your home. She will get as involved as you need. I prefer to purchase items and use my own contractors, and she is perfectly willing to work with me.
Description of Work: Michelle helped me choose cabinets, tile, granite, mirrors and lighting for remodeling three bathrooms.
