Owner Tom Potts was very responsive to my questions and kept in touch all along the way. He offered helpful suggestions and his two man crew, Fernando and Jose' were top of the line. I couldn't be more pleased and have since asked and received a proposal to paint the outside of our home in the very near future.

Showed up promptly. Moy is a professional and knows his business. He is a master at matching textured paint. First step was to remove switch and outlet plates in and around the appropriate area. They protected surrounding areas, then did the sheetrock repair and sanding. Added some additional masking to protect areas while the texture material was sprayed onto the repaired areas, then matched the sprayed texture to the existing orange peel texture on the rest of the wall. When that was dry, they painted the repaired/ textured areas, making sure to feather the new paint onto the existing finish. The dried paint perfectly matched the existing wall finish. The whole job ran about 4 1/2 hours. They timed lunch break to run while it was necessary for material to dry between operations. This is the 4th time I have used them on paint related jobs. Every time their work has been top notch and the results behind my expectations.

Tom's team did a great job. The job was a big one and required many days of work. They were very professional and set up and cleaned up daily. There was no sign they were there when they left. We had a paint color issue that arose from the paint company not making the exact color at the start of the job. There were some touched up areas that didn't match. Tom worked with the paint company and they were able to create an exact match to finish the job. Tom is very focused on customer service. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone looking to paint. after the painting. All went well. Only shortcoming was the trim around the windows was a little sloppy, and an area of the wall where sample colors had been painted, had to be gone over again as it showed through. Also, the coverage is actually one coat. The phrase used when I asked about a second coat was" guaranteed coverage". The previous time this company painted our house, it lasted about 7 years.

The crew did a wonderful job. Fixed all areas that I requested and some areas that I didn't see. Fixed drywall crack in garage ceiling. Painted entire exterior that included 3 custom trim colors. The house looked beautiful when done. The crew was very professional. Would use again without hesitation.

They did everything right the first time and always showed up on time. It took them about a week to complete the service in about a week. I have referred this company to others and would definitely used them again.

They were excellent. They came out and gave me an estimate. There's a whole set of a problem with one of the walls where the paint started filling right after they painted it and they came and fixed it for me. It's a really nice and good job and it was very reasonable.

First I would like to state that I did not select this vendor. They were provided by my general contractor as part of an overall remodeling project, so I did not do any price comparisons with other painters. I was very satisfied with all aspects of my project, except for the painting. I feel that they were very sloppy and did not respect my home. I assumed that painters would know that anything that currently does not have paint on it, should not be painted. Anything that is currently painted should be painted with no gaps showing previous paint. If this would have been done...I would have been very happy. I have used the same painters at my home in MN for about 20 years and they provide this service for me flawlessly. I was told by my contractor not to expect the same level of service in AZ. I find that hard to believe. When I returned after the painters had been in my home for the first day, I found all my can lights had overspray in them, there were gaps at connections to other materials (woodwork, etc.), and there were paint drips on my travertine tile, and built in bookcases. When the crew returned in the morning I asked if they considered the room finished as they had pulled plastic, tape, etc. and had moved to another area. And yes, it was supposed to be finished. The lead painter seemed rather offended when I pointed out the problems. His resolution, to repaint the insides of the cans black, was done very sloppy too. He was obviously irritated when I kept asking him to retouch them so they would have a straight edge, instead of wiggly lines. I then made the assumption that since I had talked to the lead painter about issues after the first day, the rest of the rooms would be attended to more carefully. Unfortunately an incorrect assumption on my part. The same sloppy painting ensued. Also, small nail holes and drywall flaws that I pointed our to Lisa Jensen and the lead painter before the project began, and that were clearly marked with blue painters tape, were just painted over. As the project went on over a series of days, I felt that I had to critically inspect everything, which made me very irritated. And the lead painter became increasingly irritated with me for pointing things out. It was not a good situation. Although this issue existed throughout the house, one area that was particularly bad was on the drywall around my new stone fireplace. It was very nicked up by the mason. When I put blue tape on this area for patching, they should have told me that they needed the contractor to smooth the drywall more before they paint. Instead they just removed the tape, painted the area without patching it, and even painted over my chrome gas fireplace control. Then when I asked them about patching they said, this is beyond their scope. Would have been nice to know when I did the walk thru before painting started! I had to leave town before the project was completed but was assured that everything would be taken care of while I was gone and I should come home to a completely finished house. When I returned, I was not happy! I marked all the problems with blue tape and Lisa Jensen did a final walk thru with me. As I showed her each problem she said, "no need for explanation, that is obvious". (unpainted rings around each towel bar, doorbell, gaps at baseboards, etc., etc.) If it was so obvious, why didn't her painters take care of it the first time? Why did I have to continually inspect in order to get quality work? Lisa did make sure that her workers resolved everything to my satisfaction, but it was a very painful process. One other note, aside from sloppy painting, the workers did not treat my home with respect. My powder room looked and smelled like a truck stop bathroom. It reeked of urine with misses on and around the toilet. Uck!!!

CertaPro Painters of Cave Creek quoted me a good price. I have used them before in a previous state. I was very pleased with the work that was done. They were magnificent.

Owner came to my home give estimate on painting exterior of home. We walked around my home to determine all that I wanted painted and how many colors would be used. She was very professional and went over necessary prep work needed before painting could begin. I was given information on who would be painting, hours they would be working and who would be supervising the job. I was informed on how windows, etc. would be protected from getting paint on them. I was informed about what I could expect as far as clean up when the job was complete. A color consultant was offered. Payment plan was discussed. We discussed type of paint to be used. Questions I had were answered. I was given an estimate and after some additional painting I wanted was added a final estimate was given. Once I accepted, I was given start date and completion date. Painters were very professional and did a fantastic job. They checked to make sure paint color was correct before application (which due to my error one color was not right and this was quickly rectified). Painters cleaned up after themselves daily. Owner came to my home periodically while painting was being done to check out the job and to see if I was satisfied. Job was completed in promised time. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I plan to use this company when we have the interior painted.

Timely and professionally done. Reason for B grade is some tape not removed after painting completed, some splatter not cleaned, some surfaces sprayed which should have been brushed (e.g. stair railing) leaving a gritty texture and some fixtures not reinstalled. No major issues. Overall a great job.

We used this company five years ago for exterior painting on our new construction home and privacy walls. We were happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who came out for the quote. The workmanship was great. Since that time, I have contacted the owner twice for follow up work but the quotes were always the highest of the three bids (and shorter warranty period) we received so we selected other companies. I just recently thought I would try this company one more time since I liked the owner, their work and that it was a female owned business. I was shocked at the response I received and am still very upset about the attitude and conversation. She accused me of showing her bids to other contractors and that I was just using her to get lower bids. She told me to stop wasting her time. As home owners, we have always obtained three bids for work to be performed so we have an idea of what may be a fair price. There has never been an instance of showing a bid to another contractor - how would that help in getting an accurate idea of the going rate? I guess they have all the business they can handle and are not having trouble in this difficult economy. I can't imagine what would happen if a client was not satisfied with one of their jobs.

I believe the estimates were fair, however, outside of my price range.

They were absolutely fantastic. They did everything and put everything back. The job was done in 4 days, it was great. They did what they were suppose to and they did it well at a great price.
