+ -1 moreWalls were damaged when old carpet was removed. Vinyl floor was covered with glue spots that we could not remove. It took over 3 weeks to have the condition corrected. Again, we learned that using a company with subcontractors can have very negative effects. We were extremely disappointed at Brian's lack of response.

+ 0 moreThey did a wonderful job cleaning all of our carpets and area rugs. Even though our carpets are 12 years old they still look great because we get them cleaned at least once a year. They were on time, very thorough and raked the carpets after cleaning. The carpets dried quickly. We recommend them highly. They are a local company and are located in Old Town Cave Creek. They install all kind of flooring also. They are experts in installing and cleaning flooring.

+ 0 moreMy husband and I went to Carefree Carpet store and narrowed down our choices. We took home samples, after which Brian came and measured rooms and gave us a quote. I could not decide between colors and Brian was very helpful in helping us select the right color for our house. They installed carpet while we were away, and you would never have known they were there except for the new beautiful carpets in the bedrooms! I would highly recommend Carefree Carpets for all your carpet needs.

Description of Work: Carefree Floors installed tile in three rooms and the Master closet. The tile looks great and the pricing was very affordable. My only complaint is the time it took to complete the job. For four days we had a team of two and the master bedroom, one room out of three plus, was not completed. A crew of six arrived on Saturday and they knocked out most of the rest of the work. It also would have been a better customer experience to have Jose, the supervisor, to have been onsite more than a few minutes twice during the project. I once had to specifically ask for Jose to arrive as he was supposed to go over grout colors. Crew indicated he might show up the following day but I asked that he be called to come on the agreed upon day and he did but why should I have to insist? Overall I am happy with the pricing and the completed job.

+ 1 moreThe installation process was quick and neat, and went smoothly. They even scheduled the carpet removal for one day and returned another day to install the carpet so that we could have cabinetry installed in between. Very professionally done. Their carpet cleaning service uses steam and is efficient and thorough, and they don't have a lot of extra fees for spot treatment, etc. Price is very reasonable and much better quality than the big franchise carpet cleaning services.

+ 0 moreCarefree Floors was great. We wanted a new backsplash for our home and they came over with an estimate for tile. When we found that it was little over our budget, he suggested travertine, which dropped the price by a great deal, and allowed us to take home a small box of samples without leaving any deposit. The crew was on time and worked as quiet as possible, considering they had to cut some of the travertine. It took them two days and at the end of day one they left the kitchen in perfect condition so we could cook. They returned one week later to put on a clear coating and install the faceplates. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, we will definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreOwner came within less than 24 hours from my call, and gave me a price to strip, clean, and seal our slate tile (approximately 1,000 square feet. His people came when pro- mised, were very curteous, moved all of our furniture very carefully, and actually cleaned and sealed by hand the areas adjacent to carpet. The finished product absolutely is drop-dead gorgeous! The best part -- their price was less than half of the next highest price we got.

+ 1 moreBryan was prompt at getting out to measure for both carpet and tile for the entire home. They never responded with a quote. Called no less than four times and was promised they would get the quote completed and back to me. It was never completed and we gave up on the company.
