We called and found that they had the tile cutter we needed unlike other businesses we had contacted. When inquiring about the cost to use the cutter at their location we were told $10.00, Upon our arrival from 25 miles away we were greeted by a nice young guy whom with we had spoken to on the phone and he immediately got the cutter we needed and when asked showed us how to use it. We took it outside and cut the tile we needed cut which took about 15 minutes. After we finished and brought the cutter back in there was another individual who took the cutter back from us and both of the guys said thanks and that there was no charge. This place is the only place I will use when there is anything else I need. This business is a ten out of ten.
