Description of Work: Provider indicated that they knew the range of services needed for moving into our home, but work done was superficial and needed repair after weeks to months after they left. It appeared they took the easy way out for repairs done. Ex They hooked up the waterline to the refridgerator but did not test it. We get water or ice from it only in tiny quantities.

Description of Work: Brutinel Plumbing came to my home on an emergency basis for a slab leak. After consultation with them, I decided to have the entire house repiped to avoid the chance of any more slab leaks. The work was quite extensive and they were willing to work around my schedule. They were very professional, showed me everything they were going to do, and cleaned up when they were finished. In fact, they even cleaned up the mess left by a previous contractor. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company and their employees. I had never used them before and am glad that I now know how excellent their work is - I will be using them exclusively for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
