Description of Work: I had a list of things I wanted to work on for my computer, cell phone and tablet. All of these things were accomplished and I was very satisfied with the service provided. I would highly recommend this provider !

Description of Work: Jeff came over as promised, about 8 AM. He checked out the computer to solve the problem of periodic hesitation and freeze. He checked for viruses, checked for extraneous files and other items that could have caused the problem. At the end, the computer was working a lot better. Having confidence in Jeff's abilities, I asked him to give me an estimate to install a solid state drive to complement the hard drive I had in the machine. We agreed that this will be done at his place, I delivered the machine, picked it up the following day and had a computer that was very responsive and did not have the problems that I had before. Strong possibility that the original hard drive was part of the problem. In the future, should I encounter problems with my computer, I would not hesitate to call Sirius Technologies again.

Description of Work: Bought a new Dell computer and wanted to make sure it was set up correctly. Sirius moved file folders and Outlook over to new computer and checked to make sure the virus protection and backup we all set correctly.
