I am not very computer-savvy, so I was in need of some professional help. Jeff arrived on time and got right to work... he removed some viruses that had infected my computer, checked all of the settings for security, did updates as needed... and generally just cleaned things up. He was very patient in answering all of my questions so I was able to understand what was taking place. He gave me suggestions as to internet service that would probably work better for me. All in all, Jeff is very professional, conscientious and knows his trade well... I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or use his services again!

Jeff called us before he showed up, letting us know when he'd be there. He was on time and was very pleasant and professional, (not to mention patient) with all our questions. As seniors, we felt we were missing out on all the ins and outs of using our computer and I-Pad to our best advantage. During the 2 hours he spent with us, we learned a lot about security, and how to get more out of our devices. It was money and time well spent, and would be glad to use the Sirius service again as needed in the future.

Jeff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. For someone like me who is not very computer literate he put me at my ease and had the whole system set up in the office with virus protection installed in a couple of hours. I am still in the process of moving and he worked around all the boxes and in a tight space with no complaint. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for a seamless experience. He is very competent and knows what he is doing. Thank you Jeff.

I had been having a rash of problems with my entire personal computer system. I was at my wits end as I am NOT technically savvy and have no talent, expertise, or patience to fix the problem. I called Sirius and am glad I did! First of all, they are appropriately responsive, genuinely interested in resolving the issue.They take the time to understand what is malfunctioning no matter how long it takes. I so appreciate their professionalism, expertise, patience and friendly demeanor. They were able to unravel the technology mess I created did so in a reasonable time frame. If like me, you just want your computer to work and when it doesn't have someone to call who is dependable, trustworthy and talented, I highly recommend Sirius.

I originally called Sirius when I was having difficulty with our network. I had an IT person helping out at the office, but he was gone and I was stranded without the ability to do my work. Jeff responded very quickly. He arrived promptly at the agreed time, and was able to help diagnose and resolve the problems. He has been back several times over the years to help us with upgrading our computers and backup systems. Jeff is very professional and easy to work with. His fees are very reasonable.
