Jeff, set up and appointment with me after I purchased the "the Big Deal" on Angies List. He arrived right when he stated he would and was very professional and nice. I explained to him the problems I had been having with my computer and he was very patient with me, and understood that I was NOT very knowledgeable in computers. He took his time and explained each step he was performing as he was performing it. He ran several different tests to see how the computer was engaging. After running a different anti-virus program, and deleting programs I did not need, my computer is now running faster and more proficient than it ever has. I will definitely recommend Jeff and his company, Sirius Technologies Inc. to all my family and friends for their computer problems. And, if I have any more problems, I will also consult Jeff again. I was very pleased with how nice and professional Jeff is. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of computer help/assistance.

The provider gave excellent service. He was very personable and resolved my issues.

Very responsive in setting up a time to come by, and was right on time. I had problems with my main laptop, so he started there. Checked what was on the laptop, took some useless things off, and made some adjustments. Then he worked on my other laptop. He figured out what the problem was, and then backed up all of my info onto the other laptop. Then did the same thing with my desk top. Friendly, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for and expecting. I will definitely go back again with other computer issues.

Jeff was always prompt at returning calls during the initial meeting set up. Jeff arrived early and started teaching right away. He was very easy to understand and had a great sense of humor. He was patient and had no problem repeating instructions if we had a ruff time understanding. He helped set up the computer so the log in was easy to remember. Before he left he made sure that we were comfortable with the computer and told us to call if there were any issues we had in the future. He was a breath of fresh air and we were very happy to have found him through Angies list.

It went very well. Jeff was very punctual, courteous, responsive, and provided a lot of assistance.

The technician arrived promptly when he said that he would and checked out my laptop. He found that the hard drive was terminally ill and could not be saved. He was able to download the information off of the hard drive after some effort on his part to a flash drive that I provided. If I had had the system software on a disc, then he could have put in another hard drive and saved the laptop, but I did not have the system software on a disc. He was very professional and helpful to me and I would use him again.

Jeff did an excellent job of identifying and fixing several problems. He was efficient and professional. We will use him again should the need arise.

Jeff was prompt in contacting me regarding what I wanted done. He reassured me that he could do the job. On the appointment day he showed up on time. His demeanor was comfortable, friendly and professional. He got right to his tasks and it all went problem free. He went above and beyond his services by removing the recycling computer to the garage and with further conversation, he found a good charity that could use the computer I intended on donating. He was willing to get a tax deduction receipt which he will deliver. I also asked him for advise on some computer questions I had and he answered them clearly.

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He is easy to work with no matter what skill level you are. Very professional at all times. Both my wife and I have used him multiple times with great results.

I purchased Angie"s Deal for two hours of service. Owner Jeff McCormick responded by email the same day to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He successfully installed a Modem Battery, New Router, New Wireless Printer and set up Wi-Fi in-home network. Installed Apps & Software to view documents on PC on mobile phone. and answered all of my questions about wireless and Smart TV. Overall, very satisfied and I would recommend him to others looking for professional assistance in these areas.

All went well. Will definitely use the service again to set up my new Dell computer. Did a thorough check of my old computer and made sure the new router/modem was secure since I had set it up myself. Checked to make sure that my Norton protection works and backed all files on my c drive that I had not done. Very happy with the service.

Mr McCormick was actually a little early which is a good thing. My fiancée informed me, "Jeff was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Was patient with me and answered questions calmly and thoughtfully." I would agree. Mr. McCormick was very friendly, personable, and clearly VERY knowledgeable. While my computer was doing its thing, we bantered about motorcycles after Mr. McCormick notice all my...what else...motorcycle pictures. It has only been one day, but NONE of the problems I had been experiencing have returned. Both myself and my fiancée would gladly have Mr. McCormick and Sirius Technologies back should we have computer problems in the future.

After the initial schedule was cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, another schedule was agreed upon. Jeff was at my house as scheduled. He did his stuff and very impressed with him. He's professional and also friendly. I would like to have him again when I need some computer work in the future.

I'm not good with computers so he helped me to bring some order out of the chaos of my computer. For example we put all the pictures together and he also helped me to figure out how to delete old attachments and he helped me to organize the documents so that they would be much easier for me to access. There is quite a bit more to do and when I am ready to do so I would call him and use his services again.

Jeff was very helpful in cleaning up files and rebooting router. He was very professional and nice to have in our home for this job. We will call on him from now on when we have computer problems.
